Wrap Around Care/Early Birds and Night Owls

Booking and payment process for our before- and after-school care provision, Early Birds and Night Owls (EBNO)

All bookings are made via the ParentPay platform (Clubs section) and are only available to parent/carers that have completed the school's EBNO registration form and accepted for entry.

For parent/carers who use a childcare voucher scheme, payment must be available in ParentPay at the time of booking.

This means that vouchers will need to be transferred to the school before sessions can be booked.

Please note that there may be a delay of at least five working days between vouchers being released by your provider and the funds being received and credited to your ParentPay account.

To avoid any disruption to bookings, please allow sufficient time for voucher payments to be processed. When releasing funds through your childcare voucher scheme, please email ebno@clptrust.com advising how the payment should be split between Early Birds and Night Owls. This allocation will be applied once the funds have been received and added to ParentPay.

To ensure we can effectively plan staffing and resources, the following arrangements will apply:

• Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment must be made at the time of booking, including for sessions paid using childcare voucher schemes.

• Cut-off times apply for same-day bookings.

• Children must not be brought directly to the EBNO provision without a prior booking. Unfortunately, admission will be refused if a session has not been booked in advance.

We understand that emergencies can occasionally arise where care is needed after the booking cut off time. In these circumstances, please contact the school office to check availability. If a place can be offered, payment must be made immediately. If payment is not received before the session start time, we regret that admission will not be possible.
